Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your Qalam account and everything in it at any time.
How to ask
- Send us a message from the contact page with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address or phone number you signed up with.
- Or message us on WhatsApp from the number you signed up with: Message us on WhatsApp
- We confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address or phone number, and password.
- Your business profile, Brand Kit, posts, drafts, plans and the files you uploaded.
- The access we hold to your connected channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X).
Posts already published on your channels stay there: they belong to your accounts on those platforms, and you can delete them there.
Remove Qalam from your social accounts yourself
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove Qalam.
- X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps, then revoke Qalam.
- Any channel, Snapchat included: press Disconnect on the Channels page in Qalam.
